Accommodations

Ready to cast off for adventure, or for live-aboard.  This 33’ catamaran is a real Gem with everything you need to live aboard and cruise in comfort.  It has lots of upgrades and has been well-maintained.  The Gemini 105MC is roomy, stable, light and efficient under motor and sail.  It’s so easy to handle, you can be off the dock in minutes, escape for the day with family and friends, or even sail single-handed with ease.

Outside, the spacious cockpit, with hard-top bimini, keeps you and your guests comfortable and cool, even on the hottest of days.  On the stern, a strong dingy davit keeps the dink secure—but readily accessible—and also adds a solar panel and durable 3-person hammock seat for relaxing in the sun.  Anchoring this boat is a breeze, using the new electric windlass with both cockpit and remote controls.  Or don’t even anchor at all, just nose up to the sand and step ashore.  With the centerboards and rudders up, this boat can get into as little as 18 inches of water!  You’ll never be crowded out of an anchorage or wishing you could get into that shallow cove.  The Gemini 105MC can sail and anchor in waters other catamarans can’t get into, and the 14’ beam allows the Gemini to fit into regular slips, so you won’t be limited to the expensive end-ties or extra-wide spaces that other cats are stuck with.

Under motor and sail, this Gem is fast and efficient.  Use the fuel-sipping Westerbeke 27 horsepower inboard diesel engine with Sillette Sail Drive that, when raised, will keep your prop clean and reduce drag.  Or, raise the cruising-friendly sails, including furling genoa and mainsail with jacklines and sail-catcher sail cover.  For safety and ease, all the sheets and furling controls run back to the cockpit; and for short-handed sailing, turn on the autohelm so you have plenty of time to tend the sails or to grab a cold beverage.  If the winds are light or you’re on a downwind run, roll out the furling screecher on its adjustable track to unlock all the fast and versatile sailing performance of the Gemini 105MC sail plan.

Below deck, this cat has plenty of room and lots of stowage.  There are three state rooms, one forward, on the starboard side, with a queen-sized berth, and two aft with full-sized berths.  All state rooms include hanging storage and shelf storage compartments.  The central main salon seats six comfortably and can be made into a queen-sized bed for those extra overnight guests.  Windows surround the Salon and main cabin areas, bringing in plenty of natural light and allowing for stunning 360 degree views of all that’s going on outside.

Along the port side alma, you’ll find a chart table, battery compartment (with three new AGM gel cell batteries) and more storage.  Along the starboard side alma, the long gally has lots of counter space for cooking prep, a stainless steal double sink, stove/oven, microwave and still enough stowage room for your dishes, pots, pans and more.  Just inside the entryway, a new Dometic 3-way (DC, AC and Propane) refrigerator keep your food and beverage cold, and within easy reach of the gally, salon and cockpit areas.  The single head/shower, on the port side forward, is clean and comfortable and boasts a new toilet with fresh-water flush and a macerator pump for off shore sailing.
