*** JUST LISTED *** MORE PHOTOS AND DETAILS TO COME2000 Gemini 105M.  Second owner has enjoyed her for 15 years.  If you don't know the Gemini, this is a very shoal draft performance cruiser built in Annapolis, Maryland by Performance Cruising.  She draws only 1.5 feet with the boards up so she can visit the beach.  With the boards down, she draws 5 feet and can go to windward respectably.This is a well equipped boat which has been actively sailed by her owners.  The main and 150% genoa are original, but main was converted to full battens a few years ago.  An asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer is in great shape. Full set of cockpit cushions, covers for all hatches, full set of sun shades and screen cover for cockpit.  All batteries are AGM and 2 years old.Originally equipped with the diesel and sail drive leg, she was converted to twin 9.8 horsepower Tohatsu outboards in 2017.  The engines have under 200 hours, and benefit from an easy to use block system to lift them out of the water for beaching or just to keep them from fouling when at anchor or at the dock.The propane system was upgraded in 2021 and now has bottle locker in former engine space. All copper propane lines were removed and approved rubber hose leads to the stove. The original propane refrigerator was replaced with a 2 door 120 volt refrigerator with a selector switch to run on shore power breaker or the 1000 watt pure sine wave inverter.  A cabinet style air conditioner runs off shore power or a portable generator.  There is  a hammock seat across davits,  and a recent Raymarine auto pilot.   In 2021, a new compass was added, as well as a new windlass with a controller at the helm.  The steering cables were also renewed in 2021She has just been launched this first week of June with new bottom paint (including centerboards) done by the yard at Severn Yachting Center.Contact Jeff to come see her at the Severn Yachting Center docks.Show More
