Cape Dory 36

This is a beautiful and well maintained Cutter Rigged Cape Dory 36. The owner has done many upgrades over his years of ownership, including changing out the original CNG gas and gas stove and replacing it with a new, and yet to be used LPG stove/oven, new propane locker and solenoid switch. This vessel has reverse cycle ac/heat that was installed in 2022. Most nav and interior lighting has been changed to LED.
