Electronics

VHF Icom M300 with gps. It has a command mike at the helm. It uses an active Raymarine A100 Signal splitter. There is an active Raymarine AIS 650 Class B transceiver that is linked the the helm station Raymarine MFD. There is also a Furuno navTex weather data receiver, (the aerial is on the arch) and a Skymate transceiver that receives weather worldwide, as well as, sending//receiving emails and sending regular updates of the vessel?s position coordinates .

Electricity and Engine Specs

House bank 6 batteries, Victron Gel (2022) is housed centrally with access from the starboard hull. They are charged from 2 x ISKRA 75amp engine alternators via Promariner ProIso charge manager, solar power from panels, 80 amps, via Victron MPPT 100/150 charge manager with Bluetooth display and controller or shore power using an RATIO Energy Solutions cable via Promariner Pronautic 1250P charge manager. This is connected with a Safeshore Galvanic isolator. Shore power can be used to power the boat?s 240 volt sockets and the hot water immersion heater. At sea, 240 volts is provided to the sockets from a 2.5 kilowatt sine wave inverter. This equipment is all located with easy access in the starboard hull.

Sails

Selden C245 mast with Sheldon boom (2017). David Banks sails (2017) in very good condition, fully battened mainsail (58 sqm) with three reefs, genoa and self tacking jib, with Harken furlers. The jib and long main sheet tracks are also Harken as is the double main sheet car which is adjusted from inside the cockpit. The reefing is single line first and second reef with two lines for the third reef. Mast height 19m. The mast has 3 sets of mast steps at the base and one set 4 ft below the masthead. Included is a boson?s chair and climbing harness with full self ascent equipment. The sailbag with dynema lazy jacks is by David Banks. It has a pocket for spare battens. The main halyard and second reef line are cruising dynema.

Comfort / Interior

Bridge deck. The bridge deck is open-plan with full breadth well equipped galley, large saloon and cockpit with a central helm station. All running rigging is led back through clutches to 4 cockpit winches, (1 electric). There is a comprehensive array of stainless steel handrails throughout. There is a liferaft cradle, ample seating and an inlaid teak adjustable folding dining table. All cabinetry has been handcrafted in American light oak. The companionway steps are teak and holly with treated cork flooring throughout. Below. There are 2 full double cabins + 1 single cabin, 2 heads, each with shower and automatic electric shower drain pump. There is ample storage space with hanging lockers, shelves, cupboards and several chests of drawers. There are reading lights and both 240 volt and USB charging sockets in all cabins. Forward of each heads is crash compartment with 50 litre blackwater tanks with electric gauges and electric discharge pumps. There is a static hull ventilation system throughout and ample opening hatches in hulls and coach roof. There is an escape hatch in each heads and 5 further escape hatches topside. The Port Hull The Owner?s side contains the navigation station, separate full double bed cabin with hanging locker and ample storage, separate large heads with electric loo, shower, thermostatically controlled water temperature and large wash basin with handsfree automatic tap and backlit dressing mirror in a dressing room with 240/110 volt shaver point. The Starboard Hull. The Guest side includes a separate full double bed cabin with hanging locker and ample storage. A galley store. A full single berth hanging rails and ample storage, dressing table, then heads with manual marine toilet, basin mixing tap shower and mirror. Saloon Huge main saloon with panoramic windows. 2 speed windscreen wipers. Seating for 6/8 people in comfort. Teak adjustable, folding dining table. Director?s chairs. Bench seats with black closed foam cushions. There is 185cm headroom in the saloon. Recessed LED white/blue ambient lighting. There are courtesy lights in the saloon, companionways and in the hulls. Galley There is a large full width galley, with LED worktop and working lights and 2 recessed sinks. There are double covered 240 volt sockets for electric kettle, food processor etc. Also a black glass cooker hob with gas 3 burners plus a hotplate electronically controlled. Below the worktop there is a stainless steel gas oven/grill and a Microwave (2022) and drawers for cooking pots, cutlery utensils, herbs and spices and an under sink cupboard. There stainless steel fridge is located starboard side below. There is a large chest Frigiboat freezer with keel plate cooler 99 under bench seating in the saloon. A vented gas locker and 2 rope lockers are located under other saloon bench seats. There is a full set of global gas connectors. Helm Station The wheel has a grey suede cover. Hydraulic steering. There is a traditional compass, Raymarine i70 multifunction wind, speed, depth and autopilot instruments linked to a Raymarine eSeries 12 inch HybridTouch multifunctional display (MFD) GPS and AIS and electronic charts of the region. It is also linked to display levels in the fuel and fresh water tanks. The helm station has an Icom command mike. The EV-1 and ITC5 control units reman dry within the body of the helm station. The switch panel for navigation lights, deck lights (6), saloon lights, engine batteries, boat USBs, windlass and washdown pump are under the central helm-seat. It is flanked by two large lockers, The engine batteries their switches and the ProIso Charge Promariner battery management system for charging using the two ISRA 75amp engine alternators located under the central helm-seat. Two Whale Gulper manual bilge pumps for emergency use are located either side of the helm station.

Deck Equipment

Aft there is a large stainless steel arch with 3 solar panels, jerry can storage rack and covered Honwave T27 dinghy (2016) on davits. Honda 2.2 4 stroke outboard (2016) and also an electric torqueedo 1003CS (2020). Folding swim ladder. Forward, there is a saltwater anchor washdown and a freshwater deck shower. New trampoline nets. There is sufficient locker space forward in each hull for 5 x F3/5 fenders. The coachroof has Stainless grab rails. There is a very large forward locker. In one part, it contains the chain locker with 60m of chain and Ital 1000 electric windlass which can be controlled directly or with a remote Bluetooth controller. All fittings are manufactured from corrosion resistant materials.
