Description

This roomy Brewer 44 center cockpit ketch is a must see among the blue water capable boats. She was repowered (current hours only 726) and has all new standing rigging as of 2019. Other upgrades include e.g., a new plumbing system, new lifelines in 2021, dinghy davits and newer batteries.
Among her great features are a reverse transom (swim platform), large aft deck and bright and roomy interior. She’s appointed with two staterooms and two heads. There is a walkthrough to the aft stateroom with an additional companionway to the cockpit. The owner's stateroom features a queen sized bed and head with a separate shower stall. The main saloon features settees on each side that convert to additional berths, a drop leaf table and plentiful storage. To port of the companionway is a U-shaped galley, with top loading fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove, double sink and plenty of storage. Opposite to starboard is the nav station and in the walk-through passage is the access to the engine room as well as an additional navigation/work area with more storage.
