She is designed as fast sailing cat cruising up to 25 knots and good for ocean crossing 

Her unfortunate story is that she fell off yard stands during haul out  and hit the bottom damaging running gear and cracking the fiberglass  on the hull bottom

Repairs required for fiberglass and paint and few miscellaneous items  . Repairs are described as minor and no structural damage is present on bulkheads or hull. Engines, electronics and all systems are fully functional. One engine has broken mount that needs to be replaced or repaired

FMT can deliver on a ship to anywhere in the world . In  turkey or Asia or Ensenada repairs should be less as labor is cheaper . she is not bad – never been under water, interior, electronics , engines, generators are all good

 The Katari is a very nice looking vessel that attracts people when is anchor or at a marina to get near to admire. Designed by Greg Young and built in South Africa, she has a unique deck layout that redefines the relationship between interior and exterior spaces on a catamaran. The superstructure runs most of the way aft and bifurcates the two steering stations, which are located outboard amidships on either side. the boat is designed to a fly a hull while sailing and had the photos to prove it. Construction is all carbon fiber and epoxy; the rig is carbon, too, and features an optional pivoting wing-mast. Lightship displacement is about 27,000 pounds. Just forward of the galley in a segregated space is a super-cool full-length athwartship nav station with lots of room for stretching out and pondering imponderables. Sort of reminiscent of the big bench seats you used to find in big American cars during the 1960s and early ’70s. The saloon, aft of the galley, is accessed from the outside through two side doors that open directly out on to the helm stations. Wrap-around sliding windows provide lots of ventilation and an outdoorsy atmosphere when you want it, or when the weather sucks you can button it up and stay cozy inside. Most controls, including those for the daggerboards, are hydraulic or electric and are easily managed with fingertips. Note, too, the eclectic elliptical steering wheel.

It has very high performance and very well maintained and equipped with 2 autopilot music all around the vessel that can be controlled from the main station and the main cabin TV in the saloon and main cabin
