Bikini is the flybridge model with brilliant factory hardtop.and clears. Upstairs on the flybridge, she can seat 6 or sleep 3 whist on passage in full comfort. All bulkheads have been inspected and strengthened as per Lagoon instructions. An out of water survey was completed April 2023.Usually based in Pittwater, Sydney where she is fully cared for by professionals at all times. The vessel is free to move around subject to the other syndicate owner’s approval and insurance guidelines. This means that the locations where you can spend any of your 10+ weeks/73 days of yearly ownership could be anywhere on the East Coast of Australia.DBY Boat sales is the exclusive agent for the syndication and initially will manage the syndicate. DBY Boat sales is a 1/5 shareholder so it is in our vested interest to make this syndication fun and successful.Geographic limits - Not restricted by usual charter boat limits.Sail time – 73 days per year per share and able to be booked and availability checked on your smart phone.Flexibility - How you choose to take your sail time is up to you. Day sails, weekends, weeks at a time or a mixture. Totally flexible arrangements working with the other members.Berthing - Whilst in home port of Pittwater, access to Bikini is a fully protected and handy mooring in Bayview will be by RMYC tender or self served using Bikinis tender to the DBY office in Crystal Bay. RMYC membership is suggested for all members and we can assist the application if needed. We prefer to keep the catamaran on a serviced swing mooring as it  makes owners feel more comfortable about simply picking up or dropping a mooring buoy, rather than dealing with the tension of entering into a marina.Cleaning - A real bonus is that you just need to leave the vessel tidy when you leave. If the vessel is left in an untidy condition, DBY Boat Sales will arrange professional detailing and cleaning with any costs to be charged directly to the shareholder last using the boat. By using this method, the boat will always be kept in excellent, clean and tidy condition.Refuelling - Shareholders are expected to maintain the boats fuel log and refuel after any major trips, working on a similar principal to car hire agreements where you leave it at the same level as found.Insurance - Comprehensive insurance is in place and managed by DBY Boat sales.What to bring - Each syndicate member will need to provide their own fresh linen and towels. Simply bring your personal items, food and beverages and away you go. The pantry area will be always kept clean and tidy and work on a replace items as used basis. All fridges are to be emptied and left clean after use.Maintenance - DBY Boat sales initially will see to all required maintenance and provide all owners with detailed receipts for all work performed.Other members - DBY Boat Sales will assist all syndicate members throughout their ownership where possible, and we personally interview and take care of any syndicate share holder changes.
