Mandarin has been with us 33 wonderful yrs., and age(im now 75) sadly, necessitates our letting her go. She's a Ray Creekmore design, custom built by Robert Day in Middleton,RI(Newport), where she was his personal yacht, then named Greensleeves. A delightful cruising boat, full keel, easily handled by my wife and I, and solo when I was younger. Draft at 4'6" easily accommodate s the Florida Keys and Bahamas. Was quite the racer, when racing against similar traditional boats, with many first in class. A custom mahogany interior, bronze portholes, oil lamps... with warmth and character.
