This 2000 Nordic Tug 32 has been kept on the Great Lakes its entire life.  The current owner of eight years has had the hull painted, new Garmin electronics installed, and regular maintenance performed by Cummins and Walstrom Marine technicians.

The Nordic Tug 32 is a fuel efficient cruising vessel featuring classic Nordic Tug styling. She is built in the USA and is equipped with a standard 220 hp Cummins diesel engine. As with all Nordic Tugs, the 32 has a semi-displacement hull built with hand-laid heavily reinforced fiberglass with full keel and hard chine, giving her exceptional stability and handling qualities. This very popular cruising vessel features a roomy salon/galley and separate pilothouse with a 360 degree view and 6'8" headroom.  

Accommodations

The Nordic Tug 32 sleeps two owners and 3 guests. The owner’s stateroom is forward with a starboard side double berth and settee to port. There is plenty of storage under the berth and settee along with a large hanging locker. Two 12-volt reading lights are mounted on the bulkhead. The main cabin settee converts into a double for the occasional guest along with a single convertible helm bench.

The head is forward and to starboard and is fitted with a Vacu-flush head with Tank Tender gauge, SS vanity and a separate shower basin with curtain.

Helm

The helm area received an electronics refresh in the spring of 2019.  The following was installed by Walstrom Marine:

• Garmin 18HD radar
• Garmin Reactor Autopilot

A single level Morse control is to starboard of the teak steering wheel.  An aft bench converts to a single sleeping berth.  An engine access hatch is below the deck, making engine room checks while traveling easy!
