This 1974 CHB 38 Has solid, non-skid decks no teak, appears to never have had teak. One soft spot on the port side, discovered two years ago, and professionally repaired locally at Boat yard. Fuel tanks have been replaced, please forward through Hulls not in use were glassed over and two frozen three halls leading to the motors were replaced while in yard for paint job 01/2021. Starboard motor runs nicely port motor was halfway through. I had gasket job when work was halted a year ago. Mechanic estimates $5000 to finish job. Boat shows an operated and cared for history. Photos are from February 2021, but will need to be cleaned before it is photographed again. Some shots from yesterday’s inspection are attached though. Boat was purchased 3 1/2 years ago and has seen little to no use so some TLC will be required, but the boat is holding up very well and will clean up very well. Market value on this and running condition, cleaned and polished is at least $50,000, even higher in a better market.
