Accommodations

Getting aboard this Sea Ranger 45 from the dock you step upon a large sturdy swim platform, from there you climb up a few ladder steps to board the yacht's fully enclosed sun deck which will protect you from the weather and elements. The sundeck is a wonderful location for a morning coffee, and a great place to have dinner or breakfast at the center folding table. Climbing up the port sides ladder stairs you will access the fly-bridge which houses one of the two control stations on this vessel. Or you can step down to the side decks on each side of the vessel to reach the bow. There is also a companionway on the starboard side of the sundeck that allows you to go down below in to main salon. The side decks are very wide and deep enough to walk around to the bow safely and securely. At the bow there is a Bruce style anchor nestled in the bow roller and an electric windlass. She is equipped with two large cleats and good eye fair-leads to safely secure the vessel with larger sized lines. Entering the boat by either the starboard or port side pilot house entryways you will find a large galley with a large Norcold fridge, and what seems to be an almost unused Force 10 three burner cook top & oven. The galley includes large windows that allow plenty of natural light, and gives her a light open feel. Just forward of the galley is the cozy and comfortable salon with dining table and settee. There is also a modular leather couch and seat. The lower helm station is to starboard, and to port of the helm is a large countertop for your navigational charts and course plotting. Heading down the stairs towards the aft of the vessel you will find the captain's quarters with a very comfortable king size bed, a captain's desk, and plenty of storage with multiple drawers and hanging lockers. There are a number of mirrors, port lights, and prisms installed which makes the captain's quarters feel much larger than it already is. To the port of the captain's quarters there is a full private bathroom with sink, head and a full sized standing enclosed shower. Moving forward from the captain's quarters and through the galley and salon you will find a forward V Berth stateroom, crew quarters and the head with a fully enclosed shower. The V Berth is equipped with a starboard side double berth, and the crew cabin has a single berth to the port. Both these cabins share the fully equipped head. The engine room, which is located below the sole of the main salon houses a pair of Volvo TAMD 63C diesel engines, a Westerbeke 15KW generator, and battery bank. The engine and mechanical room is large enough comfortably work on its housed systems. This Sea Ranger 45 Sundeck is very spacious and feels like a condo with all the amenities of home.
