Fish or cruise all year long aboard this super clean and well-built yacht!

This Uniflite 34 was built as a sportfishing boat. The owner has had the boat about 20 years and it has been used as a cruising yacht during that time. The boat is super clean and ready to continue the adventure as a sportfishing boat or a motor yacht. It's your choice!

The Uniflite has upper and lower helm stations, both equipped with full instrumentation and VHF radios. The flybridge has a full enclosure to keep the weather out when needed. Or fold up the isinglass panels and let the breeze blow in. Seating on the bridge is available for captain, passenger and two more seats have been added. Radar and a Garmin GPS unit are mounted on the upper helm.

The aft deck is clear and open for lounging. Or, the almost 12' beam makes it a wide-open working deck for fishing. The deck is surrounded by rod holders, has fresh and raw water washdowns, and provides excellent access to the water.

Inside the beautiful wood double cabin doors is a clean and smartly organized cabin. A booth-style dinette on the starboard size can convert to a double berth. The space behind the helm is currently open and can accommodate a sofa or chairs. The galley is a step down from the deck-level salon, as is the forward cabin. The head includes a stand-up shower and a Lectra San marine sanitation system for the toilet. No pump-outs needed on this boat!

Twin Crusader Model 350 engines are a fitting power plant for this great boat. The engines have closed cooling systems. A 7KW Westerbeke generator powers the ship's electrical and air conditioning features while away from the dock.

This one carries up to 290 gallons of fuel with 110 gallons in each of two powder-coated aluminum tanks and an extra 70 gallons in an aluminum tank. Fuel can be manually switched between tanks and all fuel tanks were replaced by the current owner.

Condition

This Uniflite 34 is owned by a 100-ton boat captain who takes good care of the boat and its systems. The boat's clean condition belies its age. The hull was painted with Awlgrip years back and still shows some nice shine. The owner has started sanding the forward deck for painting in the future. The painting may not be completed before the boat sells. A couple of soft spots were noticeable on the forward deck. The portholes have been replaced and reset as needed over time. There are some signs of condensation or previous leaks around the windows. The owner confirms there are no leaks. The twin Crusader 454s started right up and purred. Engine hours are unknown. Videos of the engines running are available. The old wiring has been replaced with marine grade wiring, a dual-bank battery charger, and electrical panels. Cabin lights have been converted to LED. The Westerbeke 7KW generator runs well and powers the whole ship. Air conditioning runs great and was doing its job nicely on the 90-degree day the photos were taken. The owner has an unused 18,000 BTU heat/air conditioning unit to replace the current unit. Both units are included in the boat sale. The boat is kept air conditioned and a dehumidifier is always running while at the dock, so the boat always smells fresh. Don't let this one get away! Call or email with questions, or make an offer to hold the Uniflite!
