This boat based in Panama is in very good conditions. A main refit was done in 2006 (new engines Detroit Diesel 12V71 and Onan genset)  as well as continuous updates and upgrades were performed with the intention of providing long term sailing.Layout & AccommodationsWith 4 cabin 3 head, she is an ideal yacht for 8 anglers or a larger family, entertaining with friends.Stepping aboard the vessel, you are greeted with a spacious 300 square foot cockpit with a fighting chair, tackle stations and a horizontal freezer. From the cockpit you will enter the saloon from the starboard side. Inside, to starboard of the vessel, boasts a 3 sitting couch and a bar w/ice maker and sink, and to port a large L- shaped couch.The galley is up with a step lowering the floor, allowing a full panoramic view from every angle in the salon and galley for all your guests to enjoy. Numerous storage cabinets are practical and easy to reach and the large stainless steel counter surface guarantees a long, useful life to this chef´s galley. Starboard from the galley there is a dinning table for 4 people and a 2021 Samsung 23” TVBetween 2015 and 2017, new stainless steel three-burner cooktop, a full size 2 door stainless refrigerator and freezer, trash compactor, dishwasher, sink hardware, custom over size full extension drawers to increase storage, and complete service of existing oven. Also new ice maker in the cockpit, appliances such as microwave, 4 bread toaster, blender and lots of cooking aids were added. Also new tapestry in the saloon linens, towels, pillows, dishes, etc.As you move forward down the stairwell to starboard, there is a long hallway that splits in two directions. To port, you will access the crew hallway with two cabins, each with twin berths, as well as a storage locker and a crew head. From the stairwell, straight ahead, you will see a large glass-enclosed rod locker. Across from that, the mid ship master stateroom is accessed, that features a queen size bed, a private head with a full size shower as well as a stand-alone vanity. All the way forward, the VIP stateroom boasts a full size bed, with also a private head, walk in shower and stand-alone vanity as well.Deck & EquipmentThe flybridge is the operational center of this vessel. The helm station boasts plenty of living space, storage and three comfortable seats. Up, at the large cockpit with U- shaped bench seat, comfortably seating comfortable eight sailors, has also a bending table (for 6-8), a wet bar with 21´ refrigerator and icemaker is freed from navigational gear allowing the focus to remain on pleasure full lounging. The stern area provide direct easy access to the sea with folding ladder situated under the bottom step. Additional storage for masks and snorkels under the dual access to flybridge. New shades cover over-sized Bimini and all the stern cockpit to protect from rain and provide excellent storage.There is a bow davit, tender chocks and a 13´ Boston Whaler with a 15 HP Parson (dic 2021) 2 strokes outboard engine.
