ACCOMMODATIONS

Starting forward is a Guest Stateroom with over-&-under bunks (top converts from single to double), ensuite head with stall shower, hanging locker & drawer storage. Next aft to port in a centerline passageway is a double linen locker. Next aft to port is Owner's Stateroom which features a mirrored bulkhead aft, built-in nightstands, vanity, hanging locker, custom built-in television cabinet & ensuite head with stall shower. Next aft to starboard is Second Stateroom with over-&-under bunks, ensuite head with stall shower (second access is from center passageway), dresser & hanging locker. Aft & up six steps is the Galley to port and Dinette to starboard. Next aft is the full-beam Salon with custom etched mirror bulkhead forward with built-in entertainment center & wet bar. The interior features updated carpeting, counter tops, drapes/blinds, wallpaper & fixtures.

A pantry/laundry room is forward of the walk-in engine room, with washer/dryer & large freezer. 
The Enclosed Bridge allows for all-season cruising. Aft of the wheelhouse is a control station to port & bench seat with small refrigerator to starboard.

EXCLUSIONS
