"PRETTY WORK" WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT BETWEEN 2012 - 2016. SHE STARTED OUT AS A 1973 28' UNIFLITE SPORT SEDAN BUT THE ONLY THING ORIGINAL NOW IS THE HULL WHICH IS BUILT LIKE A TANK.
STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE HOUSE, ENGINE SPACE, BRIDGE, AIR INTAKES, BOW PULPIT, AND INTERIOR.
THE AFT BULKHEAD WAS REMOVED AND AN EISENGLASS BULKHEAD WAS INSTALLED TO CHANGE HER TO A DAY BOAT DESIGN.
ENTIRE BOAT WAS PAINTED INSIDE AND OUT WITH ALEXSEAL. HULL COLOR IS "SKY BLUE".
EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; MOTORS, GEARS, TANKS, EXHAUST, DECKS, EVERY WIRE AND HOSE, ELECTRONICS, HARDTOP, RUB RAIL, RIGGERS, CURTAINS, CUSHIONS AND ALL MECHANICALS. NOTHING WAS LEFT UNTOUCHED!

2012 - 2017 Refit Structural Modifications
- Extended the bridge aft deck
- Removed the aft bulkhead to create open layout and re-enforced the cabin top to compensate. Installed removable eisenglass bulkhead with zip up door
- Completely reconfigured salon layout including new cabinetry, trim and tops. Lots of storage was added
- Glassed in the front windshield
- Raised the engine compartment deck
- Built new pulpit and added new windlass
- Built new engine air intakes
2012 - 2017 Refit New Equipment
The only things original to this boat are some fiberglass, the FW tank which may be leaking and is not being used though the pump has been replaced, the bow rail and maybe a few other minor components. EVERYTHING else has been replaced. This list is most of it but I'm sure there is more.
