Sea Ray 400 Sundancer

BOATOX is one of the most beautiful and well kept 400 Sundancers out there. Sea Ray has achieved an amazing layout on this boat boasting a twin head, twin stateroom layout on a 40 foot yacht. This vessel is held in a transferable LLC. The boat has been upgraded with new Raymarine Axiom MFD screens, custom cockpit table with folding leaf, and a custom built third bunk in the mid stateroom giving this boat dedicated sleeping for 5 easy. Additional options include Cummins Joystick Docking system, GPS, Chartplotter, Auto Pilot, Open Array Radar, and underwater lighting. Real teak floors cover all of the cockpit and extend down to the fully hydraulic swim platform (tender is not included). The boat has a transom gourmet space in the back of the boat with a cooktop grill and sink making it the perfect setup for entertaining. There is a large electronic sure shade that extends over the back of the boat if you prefer the shade and canvas covers that cover all of the seats in the cockpit as well as the luxurious sun pad at the bow of the boat. There are TV's in each stateroom as well as in the salon and there is a wine cooler to keep your favorite bottle of wine at the perfect temperature.
