The 312 Fiesta Vee was produced in 2003 to 2004 and in 2005-2009, she was called the 320 Express. The 312 Fiesta Vee is a very popular model, as she is a stylish family cruiser and Rinker has a reputation for building solid and well equipped boats. She is built on a beamy modified-V hull with relatively high freeboard. The 312 is a notably spacious mid-cabin boat inside with exceptional headroom and plenty of storage. The spacious mid-cabin floor plan will sleep (6) and is arranged in a practical manner. The forward berth sleeps (2), the mid-cabin berth sleeps (2) and the aft cabin berth sleeps (2). There is a full head & galley.
In the cockpit, a comfortable U-shaped settee is opposite the helm, a wet-bar/sink, and transom seating is aft. Additional features include a radar arch, transom door, swim platform,fender storage builtin the transom, and an electric engine access hatch.

She is ready to go cruising today! The seller just brought her to our sales pier in League City, Texas from Moss Lake, Louisiana, without out any performance issues, whatsoever!
In March 2023, the owner had her hauled out & blocked at his local boatyard and he advised them to thoroughly check the bottom and outdrives and perform and maintenance they felt was needed to make her in tip-top shape. They performed a major service on the outdrives, including new gimble bearings, engine coupler (port engine) shift cables, plus much more! Also at that time, they serviced both main engines, including oil changes and new water pumps.
She is truly a must see boat and reasonable offers will be considered!
Vessel Walk-Through
As you enter the salon area from the sliding cockpit door, to port is a large plush u-shape settee with solid surface/granite look dinette table, that converts to sleep (2). Across to starboard is the private head compartment followed by the full galley. Forward of the salon is the master stateroom area that sleeps (2). Aft of the salon is the mid-cabin stateroom that sleeps also sleeps (2).
