Monterey 320 Sport Yacht

This is an extremely clean well maintained boat. The boat is stored indoors on a rack in a hurricane proof building. There is an engine flush system that flushes the out drives as well. The boat is professionally washed every 2 weeks, and detailed annually. It is professionally services annually as well.

The engines have 367 and 371 hours. The boat has joystick controls making maneuvering the boat in close quarters very easy. There is a 5 KW generator with 39 hours.

The boat has a 9” Garmin multi-functional GPS/DEPT SOUNDER/RADAR. The boat has full enclosure in storage in excellent condition. 2 zone A/C 1 unit in the cabin and a second unit in the helm area. Access to the bow is very easy there is a large window that opens and steps molded into the cabin door. The windlass is operated from the helm. Refrigerators in both the cabin and in the cockpit area. The cushions are in extremely good condition as well.
