Description

Alexander Marine are pleased to present the 2011 Linden Kotter 65 'Pobeda' to the market as worldwide central agents.

She is presented fresh from her annual maintenance which included an antifoul, full polish & wax, and a mechanical service. She is indeed a sight to behold!

'Pobeda' is a remarkable vessel that epitomizes the concept of a pocket Superyacht. Crafted under the esteemed banner of Dutch excellence by Linden Kotter, these resilient motor yachts are built with steel hulls for crossing oceans in style, comfort and above all safety.

In 2020,'Pobeda' underwent an 18 month refit at the highly regarded Boatworks refit facility. Stepping onto the vessel, you feel like you have boarded a much newer boat. The full teak interior has been well maintained and her furnishings tasteful and bright. Equipment such as her watermaker and zero-speed fin stabilisers are luxuries that will enhance your enjoyment onboard. Additional notable features are air-conditioning throughout, and if you were to find yourself in cooler climates you can bask in the warmth of her diesel heater.

Entering the cockpit, you will be forgiven for wanting to immediately settle into the spacious lounge, sit back and relax while taking in the surrounding water views. If you enjoy hosting gatherings of friends, family, and colleagues, this will be your entertainment hub. The cockpit which is covered by a hardtop roof has covers to fully enclose the space protecting you from the elements, is equipped with an icemaker, wet bar to port, and immaculate Italian bbq to starboard. Between these features are two beautiful varnished teak doors opening up the main saloon doubling your entertaining area.

The main saloon is uncluttered with a comfortable U-shaped lounge to port and three matching tub chairs opposite. The large windows surrounding the pilothouse provide magnificent views and plenty of natural light. On rainy days or relaxed evenings, curl up on the lounge to watch your favourite movies on the LG 55" hi/lo flatscreen TV with Fusion sound system. Forward of the lounge area is the helm station featuring two deluxe leather helm chairs, one for the captain and one for the admiral. The navigation station is simply impressive. Everything you need to drive this vessel is at your fingertips on an uncluttered teak panel. The twin 24-inch Furuno Nav Net screens are perfectly positioned in front of the captain and include a FLIR camera system enhancing visibility around the boat.

Steps from the helm station lead down to the midship L-shaped galley. Consistent with the rest of the boat, this fully teak area is spacious and uncluttered with plenty of room for meal preparation for the family or a boat full of guests. Fitted with an upright full-height Gaggenau fridge and freezer, there is plenty of room for perishables. Create your mouth-watering meals in the Miele steam oven or if you prefer a delicious roast in the baking oven. After dinner, sit back and relax while the Miele dishwasher takes care of the cleaning up.

The accommodation on 'Pobeda' is a comfortable four-cabin layout. The midship full beam master stateroom is accompanied by a large ensuite. Entering the cabin, your eyes will be attracted to the absolutely stunning floor to ceiling stained glass window leading into the ensuite - just beautiful. This master cabin is a decadent feature of 'Pobeda'. With queen-sized island bed, chaise lounge, and desk, the suite is surrounded by beautifully maintained teak cupboards and drawers. There is no need to leave any of your favorite pairs of shoes behind.

Guests will have a choice of sleeping in any of the other three cabins which are forward of the master and arranged as follows. Midships on the port side of the vessel is a guest cabin featuring a double bed. Further forward again guests or a crew member could occupy a single berth in its own cabin. Finally up in the bow a further two single beds and installed in a V-berth arrangement. The forward V-berth cabin has been fitted with a large single-seater lounge, a comfortable place to read bedtime stories to the grandchildren or hide away and relax with a good book yourself. The forward guest cabins share a large tiled ensuite. The mechanics of the boat are located down below with concealed access via a lift-up off the swim platform. The stairs leading down to the engine room are easily accessed and unrestricted. The area at the bottom of the stairs is a huge space housing Miele washer and separate Miele dryer as well as a workshop including a large Snap-On tool chest to store tools which doubles as a workbench. Also located in this area is the Stella watermaker and twin Mastervolt inverters/chargers. From this room you enter the heart of 'Pobeda' - her engine room. Powered by a single John Deere 375hp diesel engine this vessel has the authority to push through all weather conditions. For added confidence she is also fitted with a 'Get Home' auxiliary John Deere 81hp engine. The vessels energy source comes from the Onan 22.5KVA generator and is also fitted with solar panels on the roof of the pilothouse. The engine room provides easy access for everyday maintenance in the luxury of air conditioning. The area is also monitored by a number of cameras visible at the helm station.

Unlike any other vessel on the market, 'Pobeda' stands in a class of her own. She is a strong capable boat and has many practical features but she also has an unmistakable commanding charm that you sense when you spend time onboard. To truly understand her value, we invite you for a private inspection. Take a walk through the boat and admire her Dutch heritage and afterward take a seat on the expansive bow lounge and imagine your next life adventure.
