This professionally built two story Boat House is built to a high standard by a well known builder (Eventide Marine). The Boat House comes with one free parking stall and is completely sheltered in the marina by Boat House's on either side and Bridges Marina is secured by gated coded entrance.
Inside the front entrance to the left are stairs to the upper floor and living suite. Under the stairs to the left is the workshop area with composting waste (black water) pump out tank and last pumped out by McCrays in January 2023. 3 ft. wide walkways on either side of berthing slip extend to outside Boat slip and upper floor extension with East facing BBQ patio sundeck.

The outside patio has a propane BBQ area with all propane lines installed to professional marine standards and a fire escape ladder to the lower berth outside walkway.
