This Trawler style motor cruiser has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to bring her hack to her original condition. This included New Flexiteak decks, New headlinings and carpets, New upholstery throughout, New canvases, New interior lighting, sockets and USB ports, New toilets and holding tank, and New exterior cushions.
She offers two private cabins, both with en-suite. With an aft deck and fly bridge there is lots of external space. The Sea Coral Corvette is the third generation of the popular Corvette and is far superior in terms of construction and engineering to the previous two. These vessels are renowned for their excellent sea keeping capabilities.
Some temporary modifications have been made to make her suitable for Air B & Boat on Brixham marina however these can be easily put back to original if required.

We have used Air B & Boat Brixham to rent out between Easter and October. This has generated enough income to cover the cost of annual berthing, and electricity.
Skylark has a lovely feel and is currently fitted with everything needed for holiday accomodation or as your own private boat to use and cruise.
The beds have new mattressess and toppers and pillows, quilts, blankets, bedding and towels are all included.
Also included is all galley equipment, cutlery, utensils, crockery, glasses, toaster, kettle, hot plate, sandwich toaster and microwave.
She is all ready to go as an Air B & Boat investment or if you prefer we can replace the Gas Oven, Gas Hob, Two flushing toilets and reconnect the shower prior to completion. (These aren't permitted if offering holiday accommodation)
We have had a busy season and all guests have loved their stays on board.
