Description

Purchased the boat late summer of 2014.
Since purchase annual maintenance includes: prop shaft anodes, main engine “pencil” anodes
(oil cooler and heat exchanger), main engine and generator impellers, engine oil change and
transmission oil changes based on hours of usage.
Significant repairs/upgrades listed below.
Electronics upgrades in spring 2023:
-Victron Energy MultiPlus 12/3000/120-50 inverter/charger
oIntegrated into “shore 1” receptacle circuits with large resistive loads isolated
oAuto transfer switch (when shore or generator removed inverter engages)
- Victron Energy Orion TR Smart DC-DC charger Bluetooth enabled 12/12 30A charger
oInstalled between engine bank and house bank to facilitate alternator charging
while engines running
-Victron Energy 500A smart shunt (Bluetooth enabled) installed
-Victron Energy Cerbo S-GX (BP900450120) to network Victron components and allow
NEMA 2000 access (wifi access)
-Garmin GPSMap 943XSV touchscreen chart plotter/fish finder
-Garmin B60 Bronze low profile thru-hull transducer w/ water temperature
-Standard Horizon GX2400 Matrix VHF radio w/ AIS receive, GPS
-Standard Horizon SSM-704 RAM4 remote mic (lower helm) w/ intercom
-NEMA 2000 backbone/network installed (connects VHF, Cerbo, and chart plotter)
-4 – 6 volt GC2 flooded lead acid batteries for the house bank (able to be upgraded to
AGM or Lithium drop ins, all wiring is new, sized appropriate and components can be
reprogrammed)
-2 – 12 volt group 31 starting batteries (wired between the mains and generator with
an Automatic Charging Relay and parallel capable shut off switch)

Hull, interior and miscellaneous systems:
-All new bimini/canvas and full enclosure Spring 2023
-Added a “mini divers plate” anode to the transom under the swim platform and
wired to the bonding system (currently magnesium) 2023

-Had the hull media blasted, repaired all located osmotic blisters, epoxy barrier coat
applied to specification thickness (gray in color), 2 coats of multi season ablative
bottom paint applied (black in color) Fall 2021/Spring 2022
-Upgraded fresh water tank monitor, external sensor 2023
-Installed waste tank monitors on both waste tanks, external sensors 2023
-New anchor line swivel 2023
-Upper helm shift cables replaced 2022
-Anchor line replaced, sourced from windlass manufacturer (Good Windlass Co) 200
feet, color coded, 5/8 inch line 2015
-Main salon AC/reverse cycle heat upgraded 2020
-Aft cabin AC/reverse cycle heat upgraded 2017
-AC system raw water pump upgraded 2016
-Aft deck floor covering upgraded/replaced to premium marine vinyl snap in 2020
-Upper helm steering hydraulic unit rebuilt w/spare rebuild kit purchased 2021 (spare
included in sale)
-Marine powered/boosted TV antenna installed on radar arch 2020
-New TCL smart TV installed in main salon 2020
-New smart TV installed in aft cabin 2022
-New/upgraded marine CO detectors installed (3) 2020
-Forward and aft shower sumps upgraded 2019 and 2021
-Fresh water pressure pump last replaced in 2019 with a spare carried aboard

Main engines: Crusader Marine model 350 (454 cid, 350 HP), closed loop cooling systems
-Port engine fuel pump 04/2015
-Starboard transmission replacement (new unit) to include new oil/transmission fluid
cooler and flex plate/engine coupler 07/2015
-Installed coolant recovery tanks and appropriate cooling system caps 04/2015
-Both engines raw water pumps had “major” rebuild kits installed 2016/2017
-Purchased a spare raw water pump housing, major rebuild kit installed and spare
impeller (carried aboard, included in sale) 2017
-Both lower engine room ventilation blowers have been replaced/upgraded with a 3rd
blower added in the upper/top space of the engine space to reduce heat buildup
2022
-Starboard prop shaft was replaced, both props repaired/tuned and balanced, shaft
strut alignment checked with a laser tool to ensure alignment (due to impact
damage) Fall/winter 2021/2022
-Both prop shaft packings upgraded to a PTFE impregnated packing material

Generator: 7.5 KW Kohler, closed loop cooling system
-Previous owner stated he performed a rebuild early in 2014 prior to my purchase
-Removed heat exchanger to have professionally cleaned (radiator shop) and re-
installed 2015
-Installed a coolant recovery tank and appropriate cooling system cap 4/2015
-Temperature safety shut down system gone through with new thermostat, safety
shut down switch and temperature sending unit all replaced 2015
-Ignition magneto/distributor removed and rebuilt 2021
