Carolina Classic 28 Express

A revised version of the Albemarle 280 Express, the Carolina Classic 28 evolved when former Albemarle employee Mac Privet started Carolina Classic in 1992. Construction is solid fiberglass, and her wide 10'6" beam results in a very roomy Cockpit. True to the Carolina Classic fishing roots, this 28' has a complete air conditioned Cabin below with a big V-berth, Galley and rod / tackle locker. The engines are very accessible - The entire Bridge Deck can be raised on a hydraulic ram at the push of a button. The Cockpit has plenty of room for a mounted rocket launcher, a pair of in-deck fish boxes and tackle center. Additional features include side-dumping exhausts, wide side decks, high gunwales and a well arranged Helm with new Furuno electronics.
This specific 28' Carolina Classic has had a number of upgrades throughout her lifetime including 2019 Volvo D3 engines, new running gear, 2019 Furuno electronics and new upholstery.
