Austin Parker Lobester 42 in good general shape, with the exception of the outside wood that
needs to be refreshed/renewed.
Only private use and each winter stored in shade/hangar.
In 2022:
- new settling tank;
- new service batteries;
- new teak inlay.
In 2023:
- new bow upholstery & awning;
- new fenders & fender covers;
- engines & bow thruster replacement;
- new fridge & ceramic hob.

Austin Parker Lobster 42 in buone condizioni generali, con la sola eccezione dei legni esterni che
vanno portati a zero e trattati.
Solo utilizzo privato e tutti gli inverni rimessata all'interno del cantiere.
Nel 2022:
- gommatura teak;
- sostituzione batterie servizi;
- aggiunta vasca decantazione.
Nel 2023:
- rifacimento cuscineria di prua & tendalino;
- sostituzione parabordi & calze;
- sostituzione batterie motori & elica di prua;
- sostituzione frigo & paino cottura.
