This yacht is a classic style Chris Craft and is in sound structural condition.  Recently refurbished inside and out.  

Accommodations

The vessel will accommodate  8 owners and guest in 3 staterooms.  The owners stateroom is aft with twin berths, ensuite head with electric flush toilet and separate shower stall.  The guest stateroom is forward and to port and features 2 single berths and abundant storage.  The guest head is to starboard with electric head and separate shower stall. There is a sleeper sofa in the main salon.  The forward cabin sleeps two in bunk style bed and has an ensuite head and shower with manual flush toilet.

On the enclosed fantail, there is seating on a leather love seat and single leather chair.  Forward is an athwart-ship wet bar featuring a new icemaker.  

Galley

The galley features a new 3 burner LPG stove with oven, range hood, new galley countertops,  new microwave oven and full size refrigerator and freezer. H&C pressure water with double SS sink.  The dinette is to port across from galley.
