Here we have a genuinely stunning example of the very popular Connoisseur 1275 Super 8 centre cockpit river cruiser. This boat just glows with care and attention to detail and is very much a stand out Broads cruiser. She was fully serviced for the coming season. She has been heavily improved by her current owner who has great pride in this exceptionally clean and tidy vessel. The list of improvements include full 240 volt shore power fitted to all areas of the boat and every cabin, Eberspacher warm air heating throughout, new 2kw inverter system, new and matching upholstery throughout the boat (which looks great), new bilge pump, two electric toilets, extra large fenders to protect the hull, cockpit window covers the list goes on. The boat is very bright and modern in her fit out and is a pleasure to be aboard. The outside decks are wide and safe with good handrails that are very well placed and the large twin engine bay hatches on the aft starboard side open to give excellent access to the Nani diesel and hydraulic drive. It must be noted that the engine bay is very clean, tidy and dry with easy access to everything you need to gat at. The serviced engine starts and runs very well as it should and is clean and tidy. Additionally it has the added benefit of twin alternators, so charging batteries is achieved very quickly and there is a spares storage box too. The foredeck has a moulded seat at the front which is a nice little feature. Entering the typical Connoisseur port side entry sliding door, we descend the few steps to the spacious and light interior. Aft is a large master double with its own vanity unit and lockers. Moving forward to port there is a large dedicated shower compartment and then the good sized galley to port which is well equipped with a full size 4 burner cooker with oven and grill. Ample work space and cupboards, stainless steel sink and drainer, refrigerator, concealed "pop out" bin and a microwave complete the galley. Opposite the galley is cabin number 2 which also a large double with direct access through its own private door to the mid heads compartment. The mid heads can be used as day heads for the main saloon area too as it has a second door opening directly to the aft of the saloon. giving a very flexible arrangement. This mid heads is a very good size indeed. Moving forward and up to the large and well appointed cockpit / saloon. We have a full size, concealed manual winch-operated sliding cockpit roof which opens up the whole saloon and cockpit to the outside in a few seconds and this is a one person operation! The saloon seats 8 and converts if required to be a further double sleeping area and the infill is stored beneath the seats. There is direct deck access from the opened saloon to the starboard deck which is a nice feature and the raised helm is to port. Under the helm is a large additional electric cool box fridge With her folding screens the boat comes down to a height that will pass under most Broads bridges including Wroxham. Lastly, going forward we have the forward cabin which is an offset double with its open vanity and toilet facilities. The heads in this compartment also has a full shower stall however, the shower has at some point been removed and capped off. It would be simple to just refit a shower to the existing capped off connection points. The boat has her Broads toll paid to March 2024 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to Feb 2026. This boat was out on a week away with her owner just a week ago. This boat represents extremely good value for the fitout and condition and must be seen! These boat details are subject to contract.
