PRESS COMMENTS:
A perfect combination of the tradition of Dutch shipbuilding, or steel construction, the ancient art of naval ebenisteria and technological research, and the refined "Italian" design, curated by architect Antonio Cazzaniga, the Prestige 200 is the class boat par excellence. Slender and elegant lines and only two decks make this 22 meters a yacht that, in its "simplicity" does not go unnoticed…
…The Prestige 200, as required by the true maritime tradition, is a boat designed to always sail and, as such, must be functional: this is also demonstrated by the layout of the deck and the interior and the choice of high quality materials and seaworthiness such as mahogany and teak that give the boat the right imprint of sobriety and elegance. The deck offers large spaces for the banquet both in the bow with sundeck and jacuzzi or in the more classic version with circular dinette, in the cockpit and on the aft beach. The latter can be equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas or, if lowered slightly thanks to an electro-hydraulic system, offer a pleasant area of shoreline. The bright main deck is intended for the living room and wheelhouse while the lower deck offers a cozy kitchen-dining area and three cabins, that of the owner at the bow and those guests at the stern….
…One of the peculiarities of this boat, which really left us speechless is the silence always less than 60 decibels, so much so that to verify the correct start of the engines, not trusting the instrumentation, we had to activate the intercom with the two engine rooms. Yes, two independent engine rooms, one per engine to guarantee maximum safety. Intended for those who "love to sail even when the admirers of the Status Symbols are forced to stay in port" explains Redaelli, the Prestige can count on water lines designed to face harsh sea conditions and on a navigation autonomy of over 120 hours thanks to a fuel reserve of 6200 liters. The propulsion is entrusted to two Volvo Penta D9 inboards of 425 hp each which, at cruising speed of 10 knots, 1680 rpm, have a total hourly consumption not exceeding 50 liters / hour. For maximum navigation comfort even with rough seas, the boat is equipped with two single-fin hydraulic stabilizers, able to minimize roll. A 22 meters different from the others, on a human scale, not very demanding in management thanks to materials and systems selected ad hoc, easy to drive and maneuver because of its low center of gravity, the important immersion and the 2 maneuvering propellers.
