Trewes Spitsgatkotter 12.00 was designed in 1968 by the famous Naval Architect SM van der Meer and built by Van Dam shipyard in Aalsmeer. It is a unique, charming and custom one with classic appearance. The open cockpit and salon are connected by 2 folding doors, spacious open cockpit has a U-shaped seat, which is ideal for guests to enjoy a wonderful day on the water, 2nd steering position outside is available, front cabin with 2 fixed bunks and spacious hanging / laying cabinets, spacious galley on SB with built-in Electrolux refrigerator, stainless steel sink. At BB large toilet with sink. In saloon on SB spacious L-couch, bar cabinet on SB, dresser with several cabinets and drawers on BB. Floors in forward cabin, galley and saloon finished with decorative teak. Securit glass in copper-chromed profiles, fixed windows in aft bulkhead and doors, center side sliding windows, 1 front and 1 half-hung window. Teak with rubberized seams over steel deck. Entire superstructure of 20 mm. mahogany suture, roofs of 3 x 7 mm Occumé suture laminated. Large sliding hatch in saloon roof. steel self-draining cockpit floor covered in teak with rubberized seams. Cockpit benches and edges entirely in solid mahogany. The ship has undergone complete renovation of teak deck in 2022, spacious high open cockpit, 2nd helm, stainless steel bollards, high double railing, all kit edges have been renewed 2022, folding teak mast, led lighting throughout the boat, Victron Digital Multi Control, power system, lots of storage space. The boat is sold by the 3rd owner and has been inside for the winterperiods.
