 This Hi-Star 49 Cockpit Motor Yacht is powered with Twin Caterpillar 3208,s  and was custom built for its first owner by a top-of-the line- Asian yard in Kaohsiung-Taiwan with a reputation for above average construction-superb engineering and offers a comfortable ride. Previously boat house kept, fresh water boat here in the Pacific Northwest she has been maintained by current and previous owners. She.s a two stateroom layout with a full beam master featuring a walk-around queen berth w/ensuite head, separate shower stall, large transom hatch/window, screened port/starboard side windows, overhead lighting, built in night stands, hanging lockers, plenty of drawers for storage, and a vanity. The engine room is spotless with insulated removable hatches for easy access below and the previous owner added the Wesmar bow thruster, upgraded muffler system for silencing the Cats and updated the Webasto Hydronic Diesel Heating System.
