If you ever wanted to have a weekend home away from home, right on the water, this boat is for you.It has two staterooms, one master with two beds and a head (bathroom) and shower. There is a sit down vanity for the lady and a big closet for clothes with a large cabinet with drawers for storage.The bow (front) of the boat has bunk beds for two as well as a chest of drawers and a small closet. There is also a guest head in the bow with toilet and sink next to the galley (kitchen) with a propane gas stove, microwave and fridge freezer combination. The living room (salon) is large and paneled with beautiful rare Tiger Teak that is also in the master stateroom. The aft (rear) has a big sun room with a huge picture window to see the gorgeous sunrises and all the action on the channel.If you're looking for a boat to take out to the islands or around the marina,this yacht is not for you. I have not started the two Detroit diesels in months and have not left the slip in close to 6 years. The engines will need to be looked at.This is a real party yacht and can accommodate 10 to 20 people with ease inside and out. You would have to pay $3 to $5 million for a similar ocean view in California and now you can get that privilege for a fraction of the price.
