Own you own floating home in Boston Harbor! This 49-foot Gulfstar has 3 bedroom, 3 baths including a large master bedroom suite, a glass lined upper salon. Set up for year round living on the water. A large galley with a view. Wide upper Salon that runs beam-to-beam. A V-berth is upfront has its own bathroom and there is another bedroom and bathroom mid-ships.

The boat had a thorough survey in 2021, since then new top-deck canvas was professionally installed. It still needs some work done. The previous owner pulled out the head-liners. The new one in the galley is almost complete. It’s powered by two giant 300HP V8 Perkins Engines- one is having its impeller replaced. (1894 Hours Port/1958 hours Starboard.) Engine has not been run since the Survey. The Gulf stars are famous for their classic mahogany walls, comfortable good looks and luxury feel. Galley is equipped with an induction stove top, sink and fridge. It has a washer and dryer. On board AC and Marine Geset Diesel generator.  It needs some teak work, marine head work, and steering.

Marina is super nice with many amenities including, mail collection, bathrooms, showers, picnic area and washers/dryers. Slip is under contract for a year and paid for through April 2024 - you can continue the contract to the fall and renew if you wish. I can show you the boat by arrangement - its in the water now. Walking distance to the North End or Boston Garden. Watch the sun rise and sun set over the water. Enjoy a cocktail on the back deck and watch the boats go by. Very relaxing! Set up to be a live-aboard. Boat is currently in the water year round. Weekly dockage fee for the large slip is about $377 per week. There are other slips available for less in the Marina - but I really like the view from this one. You will have fun with it! Use it as your in-city get away. Rent it out as an Airbnb.
