Description

Built in 1981 by CRN, Wind of Fortune has a rich history, having originally been built for royalty and later starring in the Jackie Chan movie Rush Hour 2.
Today, the Wind Of Fortune is as majestic and luxurious as ever. Her most recent refit in 2020 has ensured that she looks as good as she did when she first plied the waters in 1981.

The Wind Of Fortune is not only a stunningly beautiful boat, but also has a rich history. From the outset, the Wind Of Fortune was made for royalty, and it quickly rose to fame for its role in serving these privileged clients.

Wind of Fortune stands out thanks to her large volumes and impressive spaces across all decks. Her interior is classically styled, beautifully offset by a carefully curated art collection.

The main living room is an inviting space, with lounge seating and a modern entertainment system with an exhaustive movie collection. The large separate dining area has seats for all guests and is the focal point for special meals.

Able to welcome up to 12 guests, the yacht has seven cabins – more than most yachts of her size – ensuring plenty of accommodation flexibility.
Built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by the reliable twin Mirrlees Blackstone engines, she comfortably cruises at 12.5 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14.5 knots with a range of up to 5000 miles offering you the ability to cruise around the world.

All cabins are ensuite and include the large full beam master, a VIP, and an additional five twin cabins.

Outdoor spaces are vast, with numerous spaces across all decks. From al fresco dining spots to private seating areas Wind of Fortune has it all.

Favorite spots include the large sundeck, which features a Jacuzzi, bar and seating areas. For sun lovers, there are plenty of different spots with sun loungers and sun pads to luxuriate on while enjoying the Mediterranean weather and scenery.

A full gym, with all-modern equipment, is perfect for those seeking an on-water workout, while the huge beach club is a popular base for water activities.

The Wind Of Fortune was also the star of the show during the 35th America’s Cup in 1983. She was the first yacht to be used in the competition, and set the benchmark for luxury sailing vessels.

She is a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of her designer, Kevin Calhoun & Company.
