Description

The Carver 350 Mariner continues a tradition of stylish excellence while enjoying the structural updates that were put into place with the year 2000 models. The 350 features extra wide gunnels for safe and convenient access to the bow. And, like its predecessors, the 350 provides bridge access from both topside and below. The bridge has seating for eleven people, an optional wetbar, and volumes of storage. Step forward and find the best seat in the house - a doublewide foredeck lounge that quickly converts to a sunpad. Below deck, the Carver 350 Mariner has a single-level cabin that creates a spacious atmosphere filled with entertainment options (including a 20-inch TV and VCR). Forward, the master stateroom has a double berth with access to the head. Aft, the salon features a sofa bed and a convertible dinette. Options like a coffee maker, microwave, dual voltage refrigerator and a two-burner electric stove help make the Carver 350 Mariner feel just like home.

Deck and Hull Equipment

GUNNELS: The Mariner features the widest gunnels of any yacht this size on the market for safe and convenient access from stern to bow for your kids and guests. Forget precariously scooting down narrow gunnels trying not to slip. You can walk full breadth the entire length of the boat. That was truly comforting when our kids were young.

AFT COCKPIT: The Mariner features a generous aft cockpit for fishing, or lounging. 2 marine captain chairs face each other for intimate conversations. Behind the cockpit through the transom door is the swim platform and ladder. The cockpit is the ideal place to watch the kiddos swim.

Boat has outdoor carpet for flybridge and lower deck.

Navigation Systems

Marine Radio

Additional Equipment

ELECTRICAL: Power away from the dock is provided by a Kohler generator. It can easily powers the Air conditioner and other appliances when way from shore power.

Here are what I know are issues. 1- The Microwave's digital display is dim, it does work. 2- The second depth finer (Uniden) does not work. Didn't bother me because the main one works fine. 3- The rudder cockpit indicators are not in sync with each other. I had my marine service provider look at them and the rudder system/linkage and that was all good. He thought it was a sensor thing. They give you a general indication of their direction and wasn't an issue for me to drive the boat so I didn't do anything about it.

Newly serviced this spring. 1-Props balanced. 2-Search Light Plastic case replaced. 3-New sea strainer for AC/Heat. 4-Engines and Generator serviced 5-Fresh water system flushed and tested. 6-Spring Cleaning.

Accommodations

FLYBRIDGE: The Mariner provides fly bridge access from both topside and below. 2 sets of molded-in steps lead from the aft fishing & entertaining cockpit to the command level and flybridge. A secondary ladder also leads from inside the salon/galley up to the bridge. This is very handy for passing up food and drinks from the chef to the guests above. It is also handy when on a trip in bad weather to allow you to move between the bridge and salon without going out into the storm. All the Eisen glass windows have built in zipper openings to let the wind come through. The flybridge has seating for eleven adults, even more cup holders, a buffet table, a built in wet bar, volumes of storage under the seats and a double wide captains bench. Step forward and find the best seat in the house - a doublewide foredeck lounge settee that also converts to a sun pad. Further up front is a powered windless, bow pulpit and remote control spotlight.

INTERIOR SPACE: The Carver 350 Mariner has a very sought after single-level cabin that creates a spacious warm atmosphere including separate settee and dinette that seat a combined 10 people. Both also convert into queen berths. All seat coverings are in great condition, most have been recovered over the years. When I noticed a splitting seam or worn covering I had them redone by a marine service professional. Entertainment options include stereo system and Flatscreen HDTV.

BATHROOM: Off the galley is the head with Vaccuflush head, waste monitor, sink, cabinets and simply the largest walk in shower in any yacht we have ever seen. Forward, the master stateroom has a queen berth, ample storage and private access to the head.

Galley Equipment

Hardwood floors are in the galley. The fridge holds enough food for a family of 4 for an extended week long trip. Opposite the fridge is the galley sink, spice storage, upper and lower cabinets for dry goods, built in coffee maker and dual burner electric glass top stove, and a microwave.

Mechanical Equipment

The Mariner has Mecury inboard engines. Twin MerCruiser 7.4L MPI motors with 310 HP each with about 1240 hours each. Professionally serviced every year. They are ready to go.
