Recommendations: Deck upholstery could use refresh but is in usable condition. Damage to swim platform professionally patched, structurally sound, needs minor cosmetic finish. Due for bottom paint (last 2017), anode replacement. Price at $4K below NADA low book value is a reasonable reflection of condition of the boat.
