Well maintained and original Broom 37, from first owner. The boat is more used as a holiday home in the south of France. Therefore only 448 running hours on the engines. This Broom 37 is a very spacious yacht with 2 double cabins with both their own ensuite. The ownerscabin has a dedicated showerroom. Spacious salon, galley and dinette. The aftdeck has coverage by a solid hardtop that can be fully enclosed, so you are covered for sun and rain.  

The boat has no modern navigation equipment nor a bowthruster. Good thing is that she is not loaded with old equipment like an old generator or 30 years old airco, as these have no value but cost a lot of time and money to remove. If desired by the new owner, these items must be newly installed. The boat is priced to sell and definitely worth the small investements to be made like new cockpittent and maybe some navigation equipment if desired. Or just enjoy her as she is!  A blackwatertank is installed, but not connected to the toilet. Good to know: the boat will get new antifouling, new service on the engines and new anodes all this spring 2023, so she will be sold ready to cruise.

Diese Broom 37 ist eine sehr geräumige Yacht mit 2 Doppelkabinen mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Eignerkabine hat ein eigenes Duschbad. Geräumiger Salon, Kombüse und Essecke. Das Achterdeck ist mit einem soliden Hardtop überdacht, das vollständig geschlossen werden kann, so dass Sie bei Sonne und Regen geschützt sind.

Das Boot hat weder eine moderne Navigationsausrüstung noch ein Bugstrahlruder. Gut ist, dass es nicht mit alten Geräten wie einem alten Generator oder einer 30 Jahre alten Klimaanlage beladen ist, da diese keinen Wert haben, aber viel Zeit und Geld kosten, um sie zu entfernen. Wenn der neue Eigner dies wünscht, müssen diese Geräte neu installiert werden. Das Boot ist preiswert zu verkaufen und definitiv die kleinen Investitionen wert, die getätigt werden müssen, wie z.B. ein neues Cockpittent und vielleicht einige Navigationsgeräte, falls gewünscht.
