Accommodations

Hybrid Houseboat/Yacht design features a large single level salon w/ galley and 2 separated staterooms fore & aft.  Forward stateroom modified queen v-berth; aft stateroom has modified double bed. salon has new Ashley sleeper sofa.  Each stateroom bathroom w/ shower. aft features a tub/shower.

Mechanical Equipment

Westerbeke 11.0 BTD 4 cyl. diesel generator was fully rebuilt at 4,500 hours and a new stator was installed.  With the exception of the main engines and drive train all mechanical equipement has been updated or replaced.  Features twin 16,000 btu marine HVAC units. two electric heaters are also installed.  List of replaced mechnical equipement is extensive.  Recent survey is avaiable.

Galley Equipment

Galley features a newly replaced compact refrigerator/freezer with both AC/DC capability. electric two burner range, recently replaced combination microwave/conventional oven, twin basin sink. Recently installed glass door beverage cooler. Two recenlty installed ice-makers, one in the salon and one in the flybridge wet-bar.  New glass front wine cooler in flybridge wet-bar.  Salon features custom bar counter and liquor racks w/ liquor storage cabinets under bar.

Deck and Hull Equipment

New translucent hard top over flybridge w/ fully enclosed eisenglass cockpit.  Newly installed swim deck 3' x 12" w/ boarding ladder. Please see extensive list of items in recent survey.

Navigation Systems

Updated Garmin 5212 chart plotter w/ AIS receiver, recently replaced radar dome.  Newly installed Garmin DSC/VHF radio. Newly installed twin station remote LED searchlight.
