The Bayliner 4588 Motoryacht features liveaboard comfort and elegant cruising, including accommodations to sleep six, a spacious salon and a full galley. The pilothouse features a fully-instrumented helm. With over 350 built during her production run, this handsome pilothouse yacht has long been recognized as one of the best big-boat buys in the industry. A careful blend of Pacific Northwest styling and comfortable interior accommodations result in a long-range, cruising yacht with instant eye appeal. Pilothouse designs make excellent cruisers and they offer obvious advantages in colder climates. While she can sleep three couples, this is really a two-couple boat with the third stateroom used as a den/study. Outside, a bridge overhang provides weather protection in the cockpit, and the flybridge will accommodate a dinghy. Engine access is via two hatches in the cockpit sole. The side decks are wide and secure, and a wheelhouse door provides easy 'access to the foredeck. With standard 250-hp, she'll cruise at 16-17 knots at 1 mpg—excellent economy for a 45-foot yacht. The hull is fully cored to reduce weight, and a sharp entry and 15" keel provide good seakeeping qualities.With her Classic Northwest profile, The Bayliner 4588 is one of the best-selling 45-foot Yachts ever produced. The variety of living spaces include Salon, Pilothouse Dinette, Flybridge, En-suite Office, and Aft Cockpit making her comfortable in any Port in any season. This spacious cruiser sleeps four in two staterooms, plus two more in the convertible office/stateroom. There are two heads, each with a separate shower and the master stateroom has a tub.The huge windows, Galley-up design and open floor plan create an amazing open-air feel in the salon, with plenty of room for entertaining. The Galley-Up design puts the cook at the center of the activities in this large, bright space.Up a few stairs takes you to the raised Pilot House which offers great visibility for the Captain and a fabulous view for Guests at the dinette. Entry doors on both sides and a hatch to the Flybridge provide excellent access for the Captain to move about.The large Flybridge is shaded by a Bimini Top, and features a center Helm Station and an entertaining area, with seating for eight on two large L-shaped lounges. Aft on the extended hard top is a Davit and storage for the West Marine tender with a 20hp Tohatsu.The Master Stateroom is forward and features a Center-line walk-around queen berth, ample storage, and en-suite head with tub/shower.
