• Replaced all ducting manifolds fand framing for engine room ventilation       
• Replaced majority of teak on bow and port side         
• Painted all of main deck aft of bow         
• Replaced hull plate and struts from water line to keel forward of bow thruster         
• Replaced all VHF and GPS aerials and cables         
• Replaced Transas computer and updated to Transas 4000         
• Rebuilt stabilizer system hydraulic side.  Replaced fin bearings         
• Replaced remaining 50% of air handlers         
• Rebuilt fan room on top deck with new storage racks and boxes, installed led lighting, replaced all cables outlets and breaker boxes. and new tool cabinetry, soundown, and insulation, replaced all top deck aluminum drain pipes         
• Installed LED lighting and switches. in engine room lazarette, and steering room-
• Installed underwater lighting on swim platform         
• Removed and replaced majority of engine room ceiling insulation and soundown         
• Rebuilt VIP stateroom bathroom to fully disabled functionality.  Installed all LED lights and switches in VIP stateroom         
• Complete top and bottom rebuild of both Northern Light 95KW generators, repaired and painted engine mounts and sound boxes.         
• Major overhaul Atlas frequency converter         
• Replaced shaft seals with Wartsila dry seals         
• Replaced oil coolers on both main engines

 

2020         

• Replaced swim platform teak       
• Replaced rear half of top deck teak and added 3 mm deck plate         
• Rebuilt all wiring harnesses and electrical components of both main engines         
• Replaced satellite Vsat  dish with Intellian and re fabricated mast structure to accommodate new dish         
• Painted all of top deck         
• Stripped and re varnished galley teak floor and bridge teak floor         
• Stripped and re varnished all exterior wood surfaces including cap rails rear wall, table tops and bar and counter tops         
• Rebuilt anchor windlass and replaced all electrical components         
• Replaced anchor hawse pipes         
• Rebuilt anchor wash system         
• Replaced deck head liners and framing main deck aft. Installed LED lights and switches
