After her service as a ferry boat, she has gone thru several major retrofits, including those of the current owner, who hauled her and rebuilt her from the keel up making her into one of the most unique motor-yachts in Marina del Rey. While she can still motor with all new power plant, she is an ideal summer home. She comes complete with running water, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, an amazing master bedroom with a skylight, a stunning office with 180-degree marina view and a full rooftop patio lounge with spectacular views for entertainment and fine dining.  The ACE will be 101 years old this September, but she is like new! She was totally renovated from the keel up in 2011 into her current configuration. The renovation lasted three years, everything is custom!
