A luxurious home on the water, this Sharpe Houseboat was factory renovated in the fall of 2016 and has every comfort you could ever want or need!

The boat features the highly desirable side hallway design with spacious front and rear decks, a party top that spans virtually the full length of the boat and a third level sundeck.

The interior is beautifully decorated and luxuriously appointed with maple wood and cabinetry throughout, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and features four staterooms (a King Master Suite and 3 Queen Staterooms) and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen offers the full assortment of Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, all new in 2017, an under-mount stainless steel double kitchen sink and a lovely tile backsplash.

The bathrooms have a wealth of vanity and closet storage, large showers, porcelain Tecma toilets, and the boat is equipped with a Pursan waste treatment system.

To ensure your year-round comfort the boat is fully insulated and fitted with a Geothermal heating and air system that was installed new when the boat was renovated in 2016.

She is propelled by twin 5.0L Mercruisers with only 225 hours and sports stern thrusters to assist in maneuverability.

Condition

This 2001 Sharpe was factory refurbished and restored in 2016 and subsequently relaunched in the spring of 2017. The interior of the boat was updated and upgraded during the renovation with new appliances, furniture, window treatments, countertops, flooring and new Geo-Thermal HVAC system. The exterior renovation included a new roof along with new amenities on the second level, the addition of a third level sun deck and a vinyl exterior wrap. The engines and generator are original to the boat and have been well maintained by the owners. The only issues the seller is aware of are some past leaking around the port side windows which has slightly stained the wood paneling beneath some of the windows. The windows were resealed and all leaks have been fixed. Also, the water slide has been removed and has not been replaced. The interior and exterior were restored to near new condition to start the 2017 boating season and is in a condition that would be expected of a lightly used boat that has been very well maintained. The seller reports that all systems are operational and that the boat is ready for its new owners.
