Live aboard barge for sale on the Hamble River in Hampshire. Boatshed Hamble is happy to offer this well maintained barge, built in Holland in 1927 with a major refit in 2016.

The entrance is what was the original wheelhouse which has now been converted into a relaxing lounge offering panoramic views over the river Hamble and its surroundings. This space is heated with a log burner and or a drip fed diesel hot air heater.

Moving down the steps to the lower section of the vessel is the main living areas comprising of an aft double bedroom with radiator and electric wood burner effect heater. In the central section is the galley and living/dining area which is heated by a double log burner and in the fwd section is the laundry area, and the heads comprising of a double sink, toilet and large shower. There are further radiators in this section, another drip fed diesel heating system and a storage area in the bow.

This vessel has been well maintained and looked after by its present owners. She has shore power, mains water connections and BT line to her residential mooring.
