DOCK 25 Houseboat

Modern designed houseboat. This houseboat with an interior space of over 30 m2 is ideally suited to live on as a Tiny House or to enjoy a wonderful vacation. For a business user, the boat is also very suitable as a floating office. This boat is built with excellent materials. There is a lot of glass all around (HR++ glass) so the indoor / outdoor experience is optimal. There are spacious sliding doors in the front and rear that give access to both terraces. The wide gangways allow you to walk around the ship on all sides. All floors inside and outside have 20 mm thick Iroko wood. The living room has plenty of glass and has a well-equipped kitchen. With the high ceilings of 2.27 meters, the experience of space is optimal. Next to the kitchen on the starboard side is a staircase up which provides access to the roof. On this roof a roof terrace can be created and solar panels can be installed. Next to the kitchen on the port side runs the corridor to the rear bedroom. Because of the clever folding bed, this space can be used multifunctionally as a bedroom or, for example, as a study. From the bedroom a large closet/storage area is accessible which is located next to the bathroom and under the stairs. The bathroom has a nice sink, a dry toilet and a spacious 80-by-90-centimeter shower area.

The boat is as good as finished. Things that still need to take place includes the Mitsubishi heat pump needs to be commissioned, the watersystem has to be made ready for use, and the water and dirty water fill and suction connections need to be completed.

The boat is registered in the Dutch Kadaster. It is possible for a business buyer to recover VAT. The boat has no CE certification.
