Grabbing attention as a beautiful exclusive listing, this 50ft Fairline Squadron 48 was built in 2019 and fitted with the larger 550hp IPS 700 engine option giving a top speed of 32 knots. The yacht has had one owner (and a mindful owner at that) since new, ensuring the yacht has always been well cared for. Engine hours are 350 per side (as of January 2023). Sleek in appearance, and handling beautifully with her well-engineered hull, this galley-down three-cabin version of the Fairline Squadron 48 is finished in high gloss walnut joinery. She boasts an innovative design which creates more room for greater enjoyment in all social areas, including the saloon that links smoothly with the spacious cockpit, and on the well-appointed flybridge, a perfect setting for lunch and a cold bottle of wine. After powering out to your favourite anchorage, drop the anchor, turn on the stabiliser, relax and enjoy the facilities including a BBQ, ice maker and entertainment system. Contact us now to arrange a viewing, and you could be on the water soon. Please note: For use in Hong Kong, this yacht is licensed as a Grade 2 vessel below 15m
The Fairline 48 Squadron Flybridge Yacht is powered by pulling propeller motors. As a result, the motor compartment has been moved to the stern, freeing up the central part of the hull and maximizing the interior space of the boat. The 48 Squadron Living Deck has two and three cabin versions. The master stateroom in both cases is located in the middle of the hull in its entire width, the galley just forward, to the left on board. The main salon has several sofa areas, a media centre and a control station with two seats. The second control post is on the upper deck and there is also a bar and a corner sofa with a table that converts to a large chilout. The Flybridge Fairline 48 Squadron has the same base as Targa's hardtop size, but in tests, all other things being equal, she has shown the same speed as a yacht without a flybridge..
