Description

Bayliner mastered the art of design a long time ago and it is certainly evident in this, more recent, example named Paraiso.  The timeless appeal of rich leathers and warm woods is just perfect in conjunction with the flow and open floor plan of this vessel.  With enormous attention to detail, you almost don't know where to look first.  Puck lighting, custom venetian blinds, cream berber carpet, granite, air conditioning, silk down pillows, stereo speakers everywhere, a huge bathtub- this boat has everything!  (And that's just the interior.)  The boat is spotless, too.  I mean eat off the floor SPOTLESS!  The owner has added extra seating on the boat which really isn't necessary with two large L-shaped banquettes, but you could entertain at least eleven people seated inside the cabin.  There is, of course, a large bridge with both Captain and First Mate helm seats and then a HUGE wrap around banquet for everyone else.  The cockpit has room for seating, as well. So, for sleeping, there are two staterooms, both with ensuite heads with showers and both with queen berths.  The heads are spotless, as I previously mentioned.  Modern in design with the seamless, molded fiberglass, electric heads by EcoVac and stainless steel sinks.  The master has a bathtub of a size I have never seen before on a boat!  The master stateroom is forward with plenty of room to walk around the queen berth.  Tons of drawers and hanging locker storage.  The second stateroom is midship with a cozy, comfortable feel. The main salon is where its really happening.  This is where you can comfortably seat eleven people.  (More if you really like each other!)  This is a special place, because whether you are standing in the galley, sitting in the black leather chairs, lounging in the upper banquet, hanging out on the lower banquet or relaxing out in the cockpit, you're all together in one happy, open space.  No one will be isolated or closed off at your party. If you're wanting a better view (not sure how it gets much better than the beautiful salon/ galley/ helm area), or you want to see farther you go higher.  Right?  The fly bridge may be calling your name.  This is as good as it gets with newer eisenglass and canvas and seating for twelve (?) fifteen (?).  Another pristine space in immaculate condition and you really CAN see far from up there.  Its hard to imagine anyone wouldn't truly enjoy a little peace and tranquility up there away from it all.Back inside, I don't want to skim over the galley, because its really nice.  Besides being so open, I love the teak and holly sole, the granite counter tops and the double refrigerator tucked under the back of the helm seat.  I also love that the banquet table swivels so you can actually get in.There is so much more - like the ADM 8D gel cell battery upgrade or the 8 ft Achilles dinghy with a 9.9 four stroke Mercury engine and its custom davit and winch for ease of use.  How about the high end, upgraded inverter/ charger.  I believe the number was $5,000. in upgrades.  This boat was readied to sell and so that there would be no surprises, the heads were completely serviced with flapper valve replacement and the boat was hauled and bottom painted within the last year. She is ready to be passed onto her new proud owner and I am certain you won't be disappointed. Please call listing agent Dan Manley at 510-867-8050 for more detailsShow More
