.....A very nice family cruiser that has been well cared for.  A fresh water boat only.   She is powered with a pair of Mercruiser 5.7L /350 engines with 850 hours.  There is plenty of power when you need it.  Otherwise you can cruise his boat at 3000 or less without burning a lot of fuel..  She will cruise 24 mph , with no problems.  .  For a boat her size ,she will get up and go.  The cockpit has seating for 7 to 8 people.  She features a walk thru door to the swim deck. She has a windlass anchor.  The seating is in perfect condition.    Below decks you will think you are in a brand new boat.  Everything is factory perfect.  These folks really took good care of their boat.  She is equipped with a micro, dual refrigerator, dual cooktop, and hot and cold water.  The head is spotless and as is the shower.  All kept cool with the built in AIR  and HEAT unit.  A very nice boat indeed.  Call for a viewing.
