The Eastbay 44 is the sleek, modernized evolution of our classic downeast line that was first launched 25 years ago with the venerable 38. Clean, classic lines are accentuated by our beautiful teak interior and legendary craftsmanship.

This model is offered in both two or three staterooms. The three stateroom, two head layout is highly unusual in a downeast styled yacht of this size, offering families and couples privacy and comfort. The wide salon features large electric side and rear windows that invite in cool breezes. This is complemented with a clear line of sight from the double helm seat. The portside settee is huge and offers the perfect place for an after cruise meal. Just forward on the starboard side is the helm station which places the helmsman with family and friends. With the standard cockpit bimini deployed, the space between the cockpit and salon is one seamless area. An additional refrigerator in the cockpit will be appreciated by cruisers.

Twin 435-hp Volvo IPS diesels effortlessly cruise the EB44 at 25 knots while only sipping 31 total gallons an hour at cruise, and up to a top speed of 31 knots! The traditional deep-v hull provides a sure-footed, smooth and dry ride that benefits from a joytsick control system to make close quarter maneuvering a breeze even for seasoned pros.
