The Legacy 42 Flybridge is a classic Down East cruiser with two cabins and two heads. It has a traditional look that will never go out of style. Designed by Mark Ellis and Tim Jackett and built by Tartan Yachts in Ohio, The Legacy 42 has a proven hull shape, advanced composites and a luxurious interior.
The modified-V hull carries an 18-degree deadrise at the transom and has wide chines for stability. Driven by a single Cummings QSC 11 at 670hp It cruises at 16 knots, burning about 12 gph, with its bow and stern trusters control, maneuvering around a dock is easy.

This Legacy 42 was built by an experienced boater and cruised east coats USA for 3 years. She boasts a custom 2 cabin and 2 head configuration below with en suite master head / shower and washer dryer combo in guest head. Cummins 670 HP single diesel for efficient cruising speeds. She just completed a 10 day cruise from factory in Ohio to Annapolis, to be prepped for sale. The Hardtop Bimini and Radar mast will be installed shortly, those were left off for transiting the canal system thru NY and into Lake Erie.
