Description

This vessel was built by Jarvis Newman and completed by Raymond Bunker in 1974.It is a downeast style cruiser with a single screw protected along the rudder by a full skeg. The style is relatively resistant to damage from grounding or from ropes in the water and is highly desirable by serious cruisers.  The design is inspired by commercial Maine lobster boats and is aesthetically well constructed.   The interior is simple and spacious.

The flybridge was removed and rebuilt including all new interior in 2002 by boat builder Anthony Hernandez.

She is powered by a Cummins 6BTA rebuilt by Downeast Diesel 2002

There are two fully equipped and operational helm stations with Morse controls, hydraulic steering, and full electronics on the flybridge and in the cabin.

The galley is down to port and is equipped with a 2 burner Force 10 stovetop, Nova-Kool refrigerator, GE Microwave, and a stainless steel double well single faucet sink with cold water pressure.

The enclosed head includes a stainless steel bowl single faucet sink with cold water pressure and Wilcox Crittenden marine head.

The bottom was stripped 2020, primed and painted white
