Condition

The Seller has never used the stove so he doesn't know if that works. It has a mini fridge but it was dirty. The cushions are in decent condition but have signs of wear and tear. Seller has no records and no idea what the hours are. To my eye, there was just cosmetic work that needed to be done. They had just gone fishing that morning so it was a tiny bit used for that day.
