This boat offers lots of amenities that other 21' boats don't have. The big sun pad area aft, a lazarette, big storage compartments, and a freshwater shower are some of the amenities that differentiate this boat from others.

As you enter this boat, you are greeted by lots of seating areas all around. Midship, you are covered by the nice bimini top, and if you like to enjoy the sun you can lay down at the bow or the stern.

Storage-wise, you have storage compartments all below the seats, as well as inside the two consoles, a big floor compartment, and a hydraulic operated lazaret below the stern sun pad. You can bring all the water toys you want on this boat.

At the bow, lots of space to move around and sit, even a cooler in this area. The seller does have the two fishing chairs that plug in the bow area. Last, an extra beach ladder to get in and out of the water with ease.

Condition

This boat only needs upholstery work to bring it to great condition. There are a couple of tears in the upholstery in the aft and bow areas. The floor is solid all around. All of the electronics are working properly. The lazarette opens and closes smoothly. The bimini has a small tear around the forward starboard corner. Overall, a solid boat, ready for a new home.
